What the critics say
89 VMVinous, Rebecca Gibb, 31-10-2024
The 2021 Pinot Noir Attorney is a smoky, broody Pinot Noir with liberal oak flavors of toast and wood. Initially, there's a reductive flinty character overlaying fruit cake, plum and black fruit flavors. It's a ripe, warming style with high alcohol yet retains freshness of acidity. There is certainly some ambition here with the lavish oak treatment, but the fruit doesn't quite have the guts to come out triumphant.
