We deliver to addresses in the UK mainland. Delivery from bond is £20.00 to the UK mainland unless we tell you otherwise when we confirm your order. Other areas are quoted on request.
Delivery times are estimates. Wine held in bond normally reaches you within one to two weeks of your request, as it has to be released from the warehouse first, and UK duty and VAT become payable at that point. Wine bought before release (en primeur) arrives when the producer ships it, which can be one to two years after you order. Wine you choose to keep in bond stays at London City Bond, Burton Gateway, in your name, until you ask for it.
A signature from someone aged 18 or over is needed on delivery. We will not deliver to anyone who appears to be under 18 or who is intoxicated.
If we cannot deliver within 30 days of the date we agreed, or within 30 days of your order where no date was agreed, you may cancel and have a full refund. Our full Terms of Sale apply.
