The 2022 Chardonnay Découverte Vineyard cascades up from the glass with a burst of crushed flint stones and savory herbs complicating green apples. It's soft-textured, with a bump of saline minerality up front that further enhances its tart orchard fruits. A salty flourish lingers as the 2022 finishes with staining length, gentle tannins and a tinge of sour citrus that lingers on.
