Showing more of a New Zealand style, the 2020 Project Z Sauvignon Blanc offers expressive notes of blackcurrant bud, grapefruit and green bean with soft asparagus notes. Light to medium-bodied and with 12.5% alcohol, laser-sharp acidity beams across the palate with a touch of lees, giving some texture and weight to the mid-palate, culminating with a lean, green herbal finish.
