The 2020 Bourgogne Rouge comes from a single parcel just under Les Santenots, completely -destemmed and raised in 3 or 4 year old oak. It offers dark berry fruit on the nose with a touch of iodine. The palate is medium-bodied with supple tannins, red cherry fruit mixed with a touch of sour cherry, merging into darker, quite plummy fruit on the finish. Quite a lot going on here for a regional red.

The 2020 Bourgogne Pinot Noir delivers aromas of sweet cherries, berries and petals, followed by a medium-bodied, supple and seamless palate that's charming and fruit-driven. This pretty regional bottling sees no new wood during élevage.
