What the critics say

93 VMVinous, Neal Martin, 12-12-2023

The 2019 Nuits Saint-Georges Les Saint-Georges 1er Cru has an exquisite bouquet that manages to combine the essence of the growing season and the terroir without tipping too much on either side. Thus, it is endowed with a sense of harmony. The palate is medium-bodied with supple tannins and fine acidity—cohesive, with an underlying mineralité. This is not enormously long, but there is a fine bitterness that marries with its intrinsic richness to create a complete Nuits Saint-Georges. Tasted blind at the Burgfest tasting.
